Please email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
